Do I need any experience?+

No. Sessions are scaled from absolute beginner to advanced. Darius personally adjusts drills to your level.

What should I bring?+

Comfortable training clothes, a water bottle, and a towel. Gloves and shin guards can be borrowed for your first session.

Are women welcome?+

Absolutely. The gym is open to all adults — Muay Thai is one of the best disciplines for confidence, fitness and self-defence.

How do I pay for the £5 trial?+

Just message on WhatsApp to confirm your spot — pay in cash or by card at the gym before the session starts.

What if I can't make Tue or Thu?+

Get in touch — additional open mat and private 1-to-1 sessions can be arranged on request.
